How it works

Our Seamless process

01 Concept Design

This generally includes in-depth design research, firming up investment allocation, gathering imagery, exploring inspiration, and the creation of visual design boards to assist in communicating ideas & further capturing the essence of your space. This phase is the dream & scheme stage so to speak.

02 Refine Development

We dive into specifying your larger investment pieces, providing various selections for you to choose from. We reach out to any required trades or contractors for costings, anticipate any dates on the projected timeline, while gathering any samples required for the project. You are provided with a product specification presentation including Design Boards, Elevations & Renderings for your approval.

03 Procurement

Large piece investments are approved and purchasing payment is processed. We commence all required procurement tasks including purchasing and co-ordination from our trade suppliers of the required items. Additional site visits, supplier visits, obtaining of styling items required and as well as any other finer details required in the co-ordination of the project will continue

04 Implementation

This is the stage that the physical transformation takes place. Depending on the scope, it may involve custom builds, wall finishes (paint & wallpaper), lighting, furniture installation, hanging artwork and the final styling of accessories. This is when the magic happens! 🪄
