How it works
Our Seamless process
01 Conceptual Design
This generally includes in-depth design research, firming up investment allocation, gathering imagery, exploring inspiration, and the creation of visual design boards to assist in communicating ideas & further capturing the essence of your space. This phase is the dream & scheme stage so to speak.
02 Design Development
We dive into specifying your larger investment pieces, providing various selections for you to choose from. Refine the designing area from the conceptual phase. We reach out to any required trades or contractors for costings, anticipate any dates on the projected timeline, while gathering any samples required for the project. You are provided with a product specification presentation including Design Boards, Elevations & Renderings for your approval.
03 Procurement + Construction
Once furniture and construction selections are approved we commence all required procurement tasks including purchasing and co-ordination from our trade/contractors and suppliers of the required items. Commence actions required such as weekly site visits, supplier visits, obtaining of styling items required and as well as any other finer details required in the co-ordination of the project will continue. This is the stage that the physical transformation starts taking shape. Depending on the scope, it may involve custom builds, wall finishes (paint & wallpaper), lighting, plus other trade/contractor involved work.
04 Finalisation
This is the stage that everything comings to completion, the physical transformation takes place. This involves furniture installation, decorative lighting, hanging artwork, area rugs and the final styling and decorating of accessories. This is when the magic happens! 🪄

What is your fee structure?
This depends on your chosen service.
For the Design Consultation and Design Day Services the full design fees are required to secure your booking.
The fee structure for our Complete Design Service is within two 50% instalments. One required at the time of proposal acceptance and a signed agreement is complete. The remaining 50% due at the conclusion of the Conceptual Design Phase.
